🔎 1. Products & Fabrics
Q. What type of fabrics do you offer?
A: We offer premium quality fabrics like Muslin, Cotton, Banarasi Silk, Velvet, Georgette, Organza, Net, and more. Each product clearly mentions its fabric type.
Q. Are suits lined with inner fabric?
A: No, we do not provide full lining by default. If a lining is included, it will be clearly mentioned in the product description.
Q. How do I know about the embroidery or design details?
A: All embroidery types (machine or handwork), design elements (mirror work, sequins, threads), and placement details are specified in the product description.

Q. Do you offer stitching services?
A: Yes, we provide boutique-style custom stitching services for unstitched suits.
Q. What are the stitching charges?
A: Stitching charges range between ₹600 to ₹1500, depending on the style, fabric, design complexity, and type (salwar, palazzo, pant, gown, etc.).
Q. How should I send my measurements?
A: Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive a WhatsApp number where you can send your measurements using our guided template.
Q. Can I request custom design changes?
A: Yes, you can request changes in neckline, sleeve length, and bottom style. Some customizations may have additional charges depending on the work involved.

Q. How do I place an order?
A: Browse the product, select fabric/size, click “Add to Cart,” then proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping details and complete the payment.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm), Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), Net Banking, and Wallets.
Q. What if my payment fails?
A: If your payment fails but money is deducted, please contact us via WhatsApp or email with a screenshot. We'll verify and assist you.
🚚 4. Shipping & Delivery
Q. Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes, we offer free shipping within India for orders above ₹1500.
Q. What is the estimated delivery time?
- Delhi/NCR: 4–7 business days
- Rest of India: 7–12 business days
- Village/Remote Areas: 10–15 business days
- International Orders: 10–12 business days (shipping charges apply)
Q. How will I receive the tracking details?
A: Tracking details are shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email once your order is shipped.
Q. Who bears customs duties for international orders?
A: Customers are responsible for any customs duties/taxes, as determined by the destination country's regulations.
🔄 5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Q. What is your return policy?
A: Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or incorrect sizes. You must provide a clear unboxing video to initiate a return.
Q. Why is an unboxing video required?
A: The video helps us validate the issue and prevents misuse of the return policy.
Q. Are minor transit damages eligible for return?
A: No. Minor, repairable transit damages do not qualify for return or exchange.
Q. What is the refund process?
A: Once the returned product is received and verified, a refund is initiated within 2–3 working days and credited in 5–7 business days.
Q. Can I cancel my order?
A: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. A 2.5% cancellation fee will apply. Partial cancellations are not allowed.
Q. What if the company cancels my order?
A: We reserve the right to cancel an order due to stock unavailability or other issues. Customers will be notified, and refunds will be processed promptly.

Q. How do I care for different fabrics?
- Silk & Embroidered Suits: Dry Clean Only
- Printed Cotton/Muslin: Gentle hand wash with mild detergent, dry in shade
- Organza, Net, Velvet: Dry Clean Only
Q. Can I machine wash these suits?
A: No. Machine washing can damage the fabric and embroidery. Always follow the care instructions provided.
Q. How should I store the suits?
A: Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid hanging heavy embroidered suits for long durations to prevent stretching.

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping charges and delivery timelines vary based on location.
Q. Are returns allowed for international orders?
A: Yes, but customers will bear the return shipping cost. Returns must also meet the video proof and defect criteria.
Q. What courier services do you use?
A: We use reputed logistics partners like FedEx, UPS, DHL, and India Post depending on the region.
